I have a Carl Sanders saddle. It has an "A" stamped in a circle with the number 11123 above that but is not in the circle. Below the circle is stamped "hand made by Carl Sanders." It has a rough out seat. It is a great saddle and very comfortable.

Hi again. Mine has an "A" stamped on it too. I still can't find any info on it. I love it. It's the most comfortable saddle I own and I have 14 saddles.

Hi its me back again from Germany just looking for some more info. I see there are a few more of us now with Carl Sanders saddles now. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has what is an A inside a circle stamped on the saddle along with the Carl Sanders name. I have 2 sets of numbers on mine one is 76297 and the other is 800. The one I have is an endurance saddle as well..no horn. Anyone else have one like this? It has loads of D-rings fitted on it..no tooling. I bought mine for $125. I didnt know and still dont know what it is but knew the quality was worth more than that. The lady I bought it from was an english riding instructor in Germany. She had been given the saddle by family and it had been in the basement for ages I guess. Well let me know if anyone else has this circle A mark as well.

I've been trying to find info on this maker for some time. I have a great ranch roper made by Carl Sanders that I bought for $500 in Spring 2007. I have since had several saddle makers look at it and they all said not to take less than $1500 if I planned to resell. Other than that, I can't locate anything. Please let me know if you find out the information. I'll post if I find anything.

someone donated a Carl Sanders made saddle to our nonprofit org. and I am trying to find out about it.

Do you know Carl SAnders who makes saddles, I think it has a serial #. If you know this person I'll get you more info & pix on the saddle and maybe you can help me figure out the value???

thanks.

im glad that you got what youve been waiting for and hope you get some more horses to retrain and break. Ive got horses of my own and I was that way too, always wanting it to become something in 5 minutes when in reality takes years. so good luck and hang in there.
